Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 9: Akshay Kumar leads the ensemble cast in Housefull 5, which is still having a strong run at the box office. The fifth movie in the well-known franchise has already made over Rs 200 crore globally, with India's total surpassing Rs 150 crore. Even though the comedy franchise is just starting its second week, viewers continue to book tickets.

Housefull 5, as anticipated, makes significant progress on the second Saturday. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the comedy movie is expected to have a strong Sunday at the box office.

Housefull 5 had an overall occupancy rate of 18.59%, with afternoon and evening shows having occupancy rates of above 20.41% and 20.98%, respectively. With a 34.75% occupancy rate in Chennai, the movie is surprisingly performing well - better than Mumbai's 21% and Delhi's 19%, respectively.

Housefull 5 Worldwide Collection 

Housefull 5 grossed Rs 207.6 crore worldwide in nine days, of which Rs 48 crore came from foreign sales, as per sacnilk. The India gross for Housefull 5 was Rs 159.6 crore.

The plot of Housefull 5 is described as follows by IMDb: 'On a luxury cruise ship, multiple imposters posing as the son of a recently deceased billionaire vie for his fortune.' The fifth installment of the long-running comedy series Housefull 5 is backed by Sajid Nadiadwala produces it under his company, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.

Sajid Khan co-directed the third movie with Farhad Samji, but he was the director of the first two. Tarun directed the most recent movie, while Farhad directed the fourth. The movie features two distinct endings, each featuring a different murderer, depending on the theater where it is viewed. Abhishek starred in Housefull 3 prior to this, whereas Akshay and Riteish have been in all five films.

The main cast includes Nana Patekar, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, and Soundarya Sharma, among others in Housefull 5. In addition to Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, the cast also includes Chunky Panday, Johnny Lever, Dino Morea, Ranjit, Nikitin Dheer, Chitrangda Singh and Fardeen Khan.
