Hridayapoorvam Release Date Out: The much-awaited Malayalam movie Hridayapoorvam has officially locked its release date. The Malayalam movie marks the reunion of superstar Mohanlal and veteran director Sathyan Anthikad. The makers recently announced that the feel-good family drama will hit cinemas on Onam. Originally the Malayalam movie was slated for an August 25 release but the revised date has captured the festive spirit, giving fans something extra to look forward to this season.

Malayalam movie Hridayapoorvam makers released a cheerful new poster featuring Mohanlal sharing a light-hearted moment with Sangeeth Prathap, the young actor who rose to fame with Premalu. The caption of the post read, “This Onam, celebrate with laughter, love, and a little leg-pulling!”. The movie is now scheduled to hit theatres on 28th August and has created a buzz on social media. With Mohanlal’s strong screen presence the movie promises to be a wholesome family entertainer filled with humour and emotional moments.

Malayalam Movie Hridayapoorvam Details

The Malayalam movie Hridayapoorvam boasts a strong ensemble cast alongside Mohanlal, including Malavika Mohanan, Sangita Madhavan Nair, and Siddique. The script is penned by newcomer Sonu TP, while the original story comes from Akhil Sathyan, director of Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum and the son of Sathyan Anthikad. Anu Moothedath handles the cinematography, Prasanth Madhav leads the art direction, and Anil Radhakrishnan takes charge of sound design.

Set in the charming city of Pune, Hridayapoorvam movie is centred around family bonds, simple joys, and subtle social messages. The story has a fresh twist behind the scenes. The music is scored by Justin Prabhakaran and Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum. The movie is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the Banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.

Mohanlal’s Upcoming Projects

This year has already been a landmark one for Mohanlal. His previous releases, L2: Empuraan and Thudarum, were massive hits, breaking several box office records and adding to his legacy. Apart from Hridayapoorvam, Mohanlal also made headlines with a cameo appearance in the Telugu big-budget movie Kannappa. The movie starred Vishnu Manchu, Prabhas, and Akshay Kumar among others.

The actor is also working on a period drama titled Vrushabha. The movie is directed by Nanda and produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, in association with Connekkt Media and AVS Studios. The film stars Shanaya Kapoor, Roshan Meka, Zahrah S Khan, Garuda Ram, Simran, and Srikanth.
