Hridayapoorvam Vs Lokah Chapter 1 Chandra Box Office Day 2: Mohanlal romantic starrer and Kalyani Priyadarshan’s Malayalam superhero movie released in theatres on August 28. Both films have been maintaining a similar pace at the ticket windows. But guess which movie is leading the box office race? It is Kalyani Priyadarshan’s superhero movie on Day 2 that has taken the lead. The film was lagging behind Hridayapoorvam on the opening day. There is a big competition between Hridayapoorvam and Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra. However, till now, none of the films have reached the Rs 10 crore. They have to maintain the same grip in the coming days to reach the mark.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 2.70 crore on Day 2. The net collection of Hridayapoorvam stands at Rs 5.95 crore. The film had an overall 28.84 per cent Malayalam occupancy on Friday. It had 11.56 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 19.38 per cent in the afternoon shows, 32.95 per cent in the evening shows and 51.45 per cent in the night shows.

As per reports, the film has made on a budget of Rs 30 crore.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 3.75 crore on Day 2. The net collection of Lokah Chapter 1 Chandra stands at 6.45 crore. The film had an overall 60.38 per cent Malayalam occupancy on Friday. It had 34.76 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 49.92 per cent in the afternoon shows, 74.01 per cent in the evening shows and 82.84 per cent in the night shows.

The movie revolves around a heart transplant survivor, Sanddep, who gets close to the family of the donor. He started falling for his daughter. The film stars Mohanlal, Malavika Mohanan, Sangeeth Prathap and Sangita Madhavan Nair in key roles. It has been directed by Sathyan Anthikad.
