Huma Qureshi has been enjoying the success of her movie Bayaan at the Toronto International Film Festival. It looks like, along with her professional journey, the actress has been enjoying her personal life as well. Lately, social media was filled with rumours of her dating Rachit Singh, a popular name in the acting training industry. Reportedly, the duo has taken a step forward in their relationship and has gotten engaged. The whole buzz started when Huma’s friend and singer Akasa Singh shared a photo of herself with them on her Instagram story and wrote, “Congratulations on your little piece of heaven with the best name, Huma. Had the best night.”

Huma Qureshi’s private life has always remained a matter of curiosity for the gossip mongers, as the actress has always kept personal things away from social media. According to a report in Hindustan Times, a source claimed, “Huma and Rachit have been going strong for a while as a couple and on Sunday, he proposed to her in an intimate proposal and she said yes. It was a close-knit affair that took place in the US. They are yet to decide when they want to make it official by announcing it publicly.”

Apart from Akasa’s Instagram story, the couple’s appearance at Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding again made people raise their eyebrows. Both of them decided to twin, as Huma and Rachit both wore pink outfits. Their colour-coordinated romance again sparked rumours about their bond.

Rachit Singh recently celebrated his birthday, and Huma Qureshi joined the intimate celebrations, which only made the chatter grow louder. Rachit shared his birthday photo featuring Huma Qureshi on his Instagram and captioned it, “A Rose amongst two Thorns … thank u for the celebrations and birthday love.”

For the unversed, Rachit Singh is quite famous among the Bollywood celebrities. He has trained several known actors like Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal. He has also made his acting debut with an appearance in the series Karmma Calling. His bond with Huma Qureshi has grabbed attention earlier as well, when the duo was spotted at Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s party for Ed Sheeran back in March 2024. The couple reportedly seemed comfortable around each other.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Huma Qureshi recently made her debut as an executive producer for her movie Bayaan, which was hailed at the Toronto International Film Festival 2025. The actress has been balancing her new production role with a thriving acting career. Huma Qureshi is all set to return to the silver screen in the highly anticipated Jolly LLB 3, where she will reunite with franchise stars Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi.
