Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan, is preparing for the release of his upcoming movie, Ek Din. Filmed during a snowy festival in Sapporo, Japan, the movie was originally slated for a Valentine's Day release. However, recent reports indicate that the theatrical release date has now been finalised by the makers. Ek Din also stars Sai Pallavi, marking her debut in Hindi cinema. Directed by Sunil Pandey, the movie is anticipated to be a pivotal movie for both of its lead actors.
The movie Ek Din, according to a report in Bollywood Hungama, is set to hit theatres on November 7, 2025. Audiences are eagerly anticipating Sai Pallavi's debut in a Hindi movie and Junaid Khan's captivating screen presence. This movie also marks the reunion of cousins Aamir Khan and Mansoor Khan, who last collaborated in 2008 on Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na. They have now come together again to produce Ek Din.

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan is fresh off the box office success and critical acclaim of Sitaare Zameen Par. He is reportedly eager to support films with significant narrative depth, and Ek Din aligns with this vision. While not scheduled for a festive or holiday release, its early November slot indicates confidence in its content and potential for strong word-of-mouth.
Junaid Khan’s Work Front
Junaid Khan made his debut last year with the movie Maharaj, which premiered on Netflix. The movie garnered significant praise for its gripping story, and it also featured Shalini Pandey, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Sharvari. Earlier this year, he was seen sharing screen space with Khushi Kapoor in the movie Loveyapa. The movie received mixed reviews and had a subpar box-office performance.

Sai Pallavi Upcoming Projects
On the other hand, Sai Pallavi was last seen in the Telugu movie Thandel, which was released in February this year. Currently the actress has no South movie officially announced, but in Hindi, she has Ek Din and Ramayana in her kitty. The Ramayana movie starring Ranbir Kapoor and Yash will be released in two parts. The first installment will be hitting the big screens on Diwali 2026, and the second part will be released on Diwali 2027. The recently released teaser has made fans go gaga, and they are eagerly waiting for more updates on the same.
