The return of Tulsi and Mihir Virani along with Hiten Tejwani, Gauri Pradhan, Ritu Chaudhary, Ketki Dave and others, has been well received. TV actor Tanisha Mehta has joined the show as Vrinda, marking her return to television with this iconic series. She shared her excitement about being part of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi season 2 and shed some light on her acting career.

Tanisha Mehta, through her character Vrinda, has added her own element to Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2. Fans are enjoying the latest storyline of the show, where Tulsi seeks Vrinda's help to prove Angad's innocence. In an interview with Times of India TV, she shared, "It honestly feels surreal. Being chosen as the lead in such an iconic television series is a huge honour. I grew up watching shows like these—ones that become a part of people’s daily lives and create lasting memories for families. To now be part of that legacy feels incredibly special. I’m aware of the responsibility that comes with it, and I’m giving it everything I have. I just hope the audience welcomes me with the same love they’ve always given to this show. I get goosebumps every time I think about it. I am very grateful to Ektaa Kapoor ma'am for this opportunity."

Tanisha Mehta also shared her struggles of adapting to an Indian accent after being born and raised in New Zealand and Australia. She stated, “I have put in a lot of work on my Hindi, from taking Hindi and Urdu classes to attending diction and voice modulation workshops."

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi Season 2 episodes are packed with new twists for the Virani family. Amid internal family plotting, Tulsi is collecting evidence to prove Angad's innocence.
