South Korean actor Lee Do Hyun received a warm welcome from fans after being discharged from his mandatory military service. For the past 21 months, the actor served in the Republic of Korea Air Force, starting on August 14, 2023. The news has sparked excitement, and fans can't wait to see Lee Do Hyun return to the entertainment industry and his possible reunion with his co-star Go Min Si.

Lee Do Hyun Completes Military Services

Despite staying away from the public eye, Lee remained connected to his fans thanks to his projects like Exhuma, Death’s Game, and Sweet Home 3, which he filmed prior to his enlistment. While he continued his military services, he made occasional appearances on screens and also attended the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards earlier this year as his performance in Exhuma earned him Best New Actor in the film category.

After his discharge from the military, he is already receiving work opportunities. As reported by Soompi, this exciting update was shared by his agency, YUEHUA Entertainment Korea. The statement stated, “He is already receiving casting offers for various dramas, films, and more as well as for advertisement and photo shoots. Please look forward to his upcoming activities."

Earlier in April, it was revealed that Lee Do Hyun has received an offer for the Hong Sisters’ upcoming drama starring Go Min Si. Fans are eagerly waiting for their reunion to witness their on-screen chemistry again.

Lee's completion of military service has added to the excitement of the possibility of reunion with his co-star, with whom he has shared the screen in Youth of May and the Sweet Home series.
