Maaman Box Office Collection Day 5: Soori and Aishwarya Lekshmi starrer Tamil family drama movie hit the silver screens on May 16. The film received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics. Maaman has been maintaining a slow pace at the ticket windows since its opening day. The movie, which opened over Rs 1.50 crore at the box office, has earned a similar amount on Day 5. Despite a slow and steady pace, the movie crossed a big feat. It would be interesting to see if the film achieves another big milestone soon.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 1.75 crore on Day 5. The total net collection of Maaman stands at Rs 11.90 crore. The film had an overall 32.06 per cent Tamil occupancy on Tuesday. It had 18.24 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 34.68 per cent in the afternoon shows, 33.25 per cent in the evening shows and 42.06 per cent in the night shows.

The plot revolves around the emotional conflict between a maternal uncle and his nephew. It delves into their strained relationship, which challenges their bond. The Tamil movie features Soori, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Rajkiran, Bala Saravanan, Viji Chandrasekhar, Geetha Kailasam and Nikhila Sankar in key roles. Maaman has been directed by Prashanth Pandiraj.
