Madharaasi Box Office Collection Day 5: Sivakarthikeyan and Rukmini Vasanth starrer Tamil psychological action thriller movie released in theatres on September 5. The movie has been receiving mixed reviews from the audience and the critics. After the blockbuster weekend, the film has been seeing a continuous drop at the ticket windows. On Tuesday, the movie earned less than Rs 5 crore. At this point, the movie needs to show growth in numbers to cross the Rs 50 crore mark at the box office.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 3.15 crore on Day 5. The net collection of Madharaasi stands at Rs 44.45 crore. The film had an overall 22.64 per cent Tamil occupancy on Tuesday. It had 17.69 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 22.87 per cent in the afternoon shows, 22.68 per cent in the evening shows and 27.32 per cent in the night shows.

What Is The Budget Of Madharaasi?

As per reports, the film has been made on a budget of around Rs 180 to 200 crore. The film has a long way to cross the budget mark.

What Is The Concept Of Madharaasi?

The movie revolves around a man with a tragic past, who becomes involved in an operation to stop the mass distribution of weapons. Madharaasi stars Sivakarthikeyan, Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Aadukalam Naren, Thalaivasal Vijay, Vinodhini Vaidyanathan and Vikranth in key roles. Madharaasi has been directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by NV Prasad. The film’s music director is Anirudh Ravichander. The movie has a runtime of 168 minutes. Sudeep Elamon is the cinematographer of the film. Madharaasi marks the 23rd film of Sivakarthikeyan as a lead actor.
