Actress Mannara Chopra recently experienced one of the roughest patches of her life after the loss of her father Raman Rai Handa, on June 16, 2025, due to age-related ailments. The actress took a short break to fulfil the last rites of her late father. Now, the Bigg Boss star is all set to resume her work. Mannara Chopra took to her Instagram handle and announced that she is back at work and also thanked fans for their constant support and well-wishes for the family.
Mannara Chopra shared a post on her social media, which read, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support you've shown to me and my family during these tough times. Resuming work now, with gratitude in my heart." Mannara’s announcement of bouncing back to work generated a flood of comments under her post.

A social media user wrote, “Are you ok baby ?even I can't tell you how much I missed you.” Another said, “Stay strong my girl love u God bless u.” One more person wrote, “So Happy & Excited to see ur Presence on Social Media Good Luck Mannara & Looking forward to ur return with a Focused Mind and Positivity.” A fourth user commented, “God's blessings, family's love and True fans' wishes, thoughts and prayers are with you Mannara.”
On the work front, Mannara Chopra has been a part of the industry for 10 years. She made her debut with the movie Zid alongside Karanvir Sharma. She even featured in some of the South movies, but rose to fame with her appearance in the reality show Bigg Boss 17, hosted by Salman Khan. Mannara Chopra became the second runner up, Abhishek Kumar being the first runner up. She was recently seen in Laughter Chefs - Entertainment Unlimited Season 2 for a few weeks and has now returned to her other professional commitments.
