Metro In Dino narrates bittersweet lovestories that are carved with the intricate characteristics of love in contemporary world. The main cast of Metro In Dino includes Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh, in addition to Konkona SenSharma, the original cast member from Life In A Metro (2007).

Metro In Dino trailer looks widely relatable showcasing emotions, ranging from passionate lovestory to pivotal choices in life. It has a wonderful combination of fantasy and real-world, which is emotionally complex, fast-paced and comes with Anurag Basu's signature touch.

Sara Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur were riding in a taxi in the first scene of the trailer. Their friendship gradually develops into love. Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana also marry hastily after confessing their love in the air, quite literally. Neena Gupta-Anupam Kher and Konkana Sen-Pankaj Tripathi are two other couple introduced in the trailer along with the baggage of their past and present. Everyone is going through a difficult phase in their relationships. 

Metro In Dino feels like a testament to the bustle of city life and the subdued emotions concealed inside it, with stunning city vistas, powerful chemistry and heartwarming moments. The heartwarming sequel, which is accompanied by the music of Pritam and Arijit Singh, explains how love can always seem fresh, even when it is shared with the same person.

Metro… In Dino, which examines various urban relationships, is a spiritual follow-up to the 2007 movie Life in a… Metro. 

Metro In Dino, the second installment of Anurag Basu's directing career, follows After Life in a... Metro.  In association with Anurag Basu Productions Pvt. Ltd., Gulshan Kumar & T-Series presents the film, which was co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anurag Basu and Taani Basu.
