Nikka Zaildar 4: Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa’s much-awaited Punjabi movie Nikka Zaildar 4 has been delayed as Punjab continues to face devastating floods. The film was originally expected to release on 12th September, but the makers have decided to push back the date out of respect for the people affected by the disaster. While fans may be disappointed about the delay, the move has been widely appreciated, as it shows solidarity with people currently suffering due to the natural disaster. By postponing the film, the team ensures that the focus remains on relief and recovery efforts.

White Hill Studios, the production house behind the project, made the announcement on Instagram. Their official statement read, “The entire team of Nikka Zaildar 4 has decided to postpone the release of the film to 21st October 2025 due to the unforeseen severe flood situation in several areas of Punjab. We believe that it is our duty to stand by the people of Punjab during these tough times.” The makers also assured fans that they will be offering direct help to flood-hit regions. They added, “Therefore, the Nikka Zaildar 4 team has decided to visit the affected areas very soon and provide trucks full of rations and other necessary items to the people at the earliest. We stand with Punjab.” The new release date has now been confirmed as 2nd October 2025.

About Punjabi Movie Nikka Zaildar 4 

Nikka Zaildar 4 is helmed by Simerjit Singh and written by Jagdeep Sidhu. Alongside Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa the Punjabi movie also stars Nirmal Rishi, Sonia Kour, Nisha Bano, Sukhi Chahal, Gurmeet Saajan, Gurdial Paras, Satwinder Kaur, and Anita Devgan. The film is the fourth part of the popular Nikka Zaildar franchise, following Nikka Zaildar (2016), Nikka Zaildar 2 (2017), and Nikka Zaildar 3 (2019).

The story is expected to blend humour, romance, and cultural themes elements that have made the franchise a favourite among audiences.
