Telugu producer Dil Raju has been surrounded by rumours that he might be backing a pan-India film featuring Salman Khan. Raju addressed all these speculations by releasing an official statement, calling them entirely baseless and blown out of proportion. Besides clarifying the rumours about working with Salman, the producer also teased a new project with Akshay Kumar, which is currently in pre-production and will be directed by Anees Bazmee.

Amid the ongoing rumours, Dil Raju's team shared a statement, stating, "In light of recent rumours and ongoing speculation surrounding the upcoming projects of Producer Dil Raju and Sri Venkateswara Creations, we wish to clarify that these reports are entirely baseless and have been blown out of proportion. Several outdated speculations are being linked to current developments which is inaccurate."

Confirming the project with Akshay Kumar, the statement added, "We are presently developing a project with Akshay Kumar that will be directed by Anees Bazmee. The film is currently in the pre-production stage and we will share official details in due course."

The producer also requested everyone not to circulate speculative information without confirmation from his team. The statement also read, "We humbly request members of the media to refrain from drawing conclusions or circulating speculative information without confirmation from our end."

Salman Khan And Dil Raju Working Rumours

Several reports surfaced online claiming that Salman Khan would be collaborating with filmmaker Vamsi Paidipally, known for helming films like Varisu with Thalapathy Vijay and Maharshi. The Pan-India film was reportedly to be backed by producer Dil Raju. However, the producer denied all such claims.

Earlier reports suggested that Akshay Kumar might star in the Hindi adaptation of Venkatesh Daggubati's recently released Sankranthiki Vasthunam. However, a report by Pinkvilla stated, “Akshay has multiple films lined up, including Haiwaan, Bhagam Bhaag 2, Welcome To The Jungle, and Hera Pheri 3, along with a couple of other projects that are being kept under wraps. He had seen the Venkatesh film a while back as a cinema lover, but he’s not doing the Hindi remake. In fact, he has been meeting Anees Bazmee for another collaboration."

Fans are eagerly waiting for official updates about Akshay Kumar and Anees Bazmee's upcoming movie.
