Dhurandhar: Dhurandhar, led by Ranveer Singh, also stars R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi in significant parts. Aditya Dhar's directorial is set for release on December 5, 2025. The movie was certified after the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) informed the Delhi High Court that Dhurandhar had no connection to Major Mohit Sharma. The movie official synopsis, runtime and other information of Ranveer Singh starrer have finally been released after it received an A certificate.
Dhurandhar Run Time And Official Synopsis
Dhurandhar has an A certificate with a duration of 214.1 minutes (3 hours 34 minutes 1 second), according to the CBFC website. This makes it the lengthiest film in Bollywood, 17 years after the premiere of Jodha Akbar (2008) and Ranveer Singh's first A-rated feature.
The certification also disclosed information about Ranveer Singh's character and the movie's narrative. "Set against the backdrop of the IC-814 hijacking in 1999 and the 2001 Indian Parliament attack, the film follows India's Intelligence Bureau Chief Ajay Sanyal, who crafts a daring and indomitable mission to infiltrate and dismantle a powerful terrorist network operating out of Pakistan. To execute this high-risk operation, Sanyal recruits an unlikely asset — a 20-year-old boy from Punjab, held captive for committing a revenge-driven crime. Recognising the boy's potential and raw intensity, Sanyal decides to mould him into a weapon capable of penetrating Karachi's ruthless underworld mafia."

Dhurandhar Trailer And Post Credit Scene
Dhurandhar trailer has proven that it is set in Pakistan’s Lyari, a hub of gang violence in the early 2000s. The film incorporates real-life individuals such mobster Rehman Dakait and Karachi SP Chaudhary Aslam (played by Akshaye Khanna and Sanjay Dutt, respectively). The synopsis also implies that Ranveer’s Hamza is likely not an Indian Army soldier, but an undercover agent created by the IB chief, played by R Madhavan.
The potential existence of a four-minute post-credits scene has also been disclosed in Dhurandhar. Several reports claim that the scene is a teaser for Dhurandhar Part 2, which picks up where the first movie will conclude.
