Tiger Shroff's Ganapath movie actor Faraz Khan, who played the role of Thabeel, has alleged that he is still owed Rs 3 lakhs by the filmmakers. Despite completing his work, Khan claims that his final two payments remain pending even after over a year. Ganapath, which was released in 2023, had a worldwide collection of Rs 18 Cr, with a net collection of Rs 13.02 Cr in India and Rs 2.5 Cr in overseas markets. Despite its moderate box office performance, the movie's production company seems to be struggling with financial issues.
Taking to Instagram, Faraz Khan expressed his frustration saying, “My name is Faraz Khan. I was hired by POOJA ENTERTAINMENT for the Hindi feature film GANAPATH, directed by Vikas Bahl, to play the role of Thabeel.” He further alleged that although he and his co-actor Armaan Khera appeared in nearly every scene together, Khera was paid in full while he was not. He criticised the agency handling payments for the production banner, saying, “All above-the-line cast and crew have been paid, many of them exorbitant fees. But when it comes to paying the 'small guy' – me – you choose to play games. This is not just unprofessional. It is shameful.”

Faraz Khan has threatened to file a lawsuit against Pooja Entertainment if his dues are not cleared. He demanded a public apology for the alleged mistreatment, stating, “Let the industry and the public know how Pooja Entertainment treats its actors: with dishonesty, disrespect, and delay. I will not be silenced or brushed aside.” He concluded by writing, “Pay your people. Honour your contracts. Stop harassing independent artists.”
Ganapath movie actor Faraz Khan’s claims come amid growing concerns over Pooja Entertainment's financial stability. The production house, headed by Jackky Bhagnani, has reportedly incurred significant debts following the underwhelming box office performance of high-budget movies like Ganapath and Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan. Several crew members have previously voiced similar grievances regarding unfulfilled payments, with insiders stating that only the lead actors received their full compensation. Pooja Entertainment is yet to respond to the allegations made by Faraz Khan.
