Rajat Bedi has achieved newfound fame after starring in The Ba***ds of Bollywood, Aryan Khan's directorial debut. Lakshya, Sahher Bambba, Raghav Juyal, Bobby Deol, Mona Singh, Manoj Pahwa, Gautami Kapoor, Anya Singh, and several others are among who starred in the Netflix series. Rajat Bedi portrays Jaraj Saxena, who nobody really remembers and everyone keep telling him that 'isse kahi toh dekha hai.' The actor recently recalled being mistreated and exploited for work in the industry. He also discussed being sidelined throughout Koi Mil Gaya's promotions.

Rajat Bedi talked about the difficulties he faced when he returned to show business, admitting that despite years of hard work, he was 'used and abused' in the industry and abandoned. Speaking at the Khajuraho International Film Festival (KIFF), the actor shared, "I have been used and abused and left behind specially in my work. I have faced the consequences of trusting people. It happened in Canada. I was a real estate developer and an actor. I had partners who did the numbers on me. I faced bad consequences, but it was great also for me because it made me move back to India."

Rajat Bedi, who is most known for playing a bad guy in Koi Mil Gaya, directed by Hrithik Roshan, acknowledged that he was not allowed to get involved in the movie's promotion. "Koi Mil Gaya became this blockbuster film, and it was publicised with Hrithik Roshan, Preity Zinta and Rakesh Roshan. I was left out in the publicity, but till today, people recognise me, love me for that role. I can’t take that away. It was wonderful to work with Rakesh ji. He is one of the best directors I have worked with," he shared.
