Rajpal Yadav was granted interim bail in the cheque bounce dispute case after being detained in Tihar Jail for 12 days. In order to attend his niece's wedding ceremony on February 19, he was granted this respite. The actor talked openly about his incarceration experience. He also considered the hardest aspect of his incarceration.
Rajpal Yadav recently talked about the most trying time of his incarceration in an interview with Hindustan Times. "The most difficult part was being away from my family. Beyond that, I accepted the routine. I would wake up early and focus on breathing exercises and maintaining mental balance," he said.

Rajpal Yadav, who insisted that he decided to handle it through the appropriate legal procedures, said that the dispute has been going on for a number of years. The actor went to Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, shortly after his release to attend his niece's wedding. After what he called a difficult time, he was thankful to be able to spend time with his family. That moment had emotional significance, he said.

Rajpal Yadav also thanked people of the film industry for their support, claiming that they provided financial assistance to pay off debts. He stated that he is still grateful for the kindness provided, although he did not name anyone.

Rajpal Yadav went on that the faith of audiences and colleagues stayed with him the most during this time.As for the future, the actor stated that he will keep following the law and the court's orders. "Work schedules may fluctuate temporarily, but I will resume work gradually and responsibly. Acting has been my life for many years, and I remain committed to it."
