Dhurandhar Vs The Raja Saab: Moviegoers are once again set to witness a massive clash at box office between Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar and Prabhas starrer The Raja Saab, two of the most anticiapted movies of the year. The makers of Dhurandhar confirmed the film's release date, December 5, by sharing a gripping teaser. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film also stars Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal and R Madhavan. This marks a clash with other films scheduled for the same date, including The Raja Saab and Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj's untitled project.

The makers of Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar treated fans to a special return gift on the actor's 40th birthday in the form of the film's teaser, which has already left fans buzzing for several reasons. The first glimpse is packed with intense action, cinematic visuals and a gripping storyline. In addition, it showcases the chemistry between Ranveer and Sara Arjun, which has sparked debate due to 20 20-year age difference between the actors. Along with the teaser reveal, the makers also announced the release date, which is scheduled for December 5, clashing with other films at the ticket window.

Talking about Prabhas' The Raja Saab, one of the eagerly awaited movies of the actor, which is being helmed by director Maruthi. The horror comedy stars Prabhas in a dual role alongside Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, and Riddhi Kumar. Sanjay Dutt is also part of this project. Last month, makers unveiled the intriguing teaser along with the premiere date. The movie is slated for release same as Ranveer's upcoming movie on December 5, 2025. Apart from Telugu, the movie will be available for viewers in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions during its release across India.

Besides these two films, another movie that is likely to clash is Shahid Kapoor's next film with director Vishal Bhardwaj. The untitled action-thriller also stars Triptii Dimri in the lead role and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala's Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. It also has a cameo by Disha Patani, as recently announced by the makers.

Dhurandhar Movie Story And Cast

The movie is based on real-life events and a secret mission led by India’s current National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval. The story is set against the backdrop of the 1970s and 1980s and follows one of India’s first undercover agents, who played a pivotal role in shaping the country's intelligence network. Ranveer plays the secret agent, while R. Madhavan essays the role of Ajit Doval. Arjun Rampal and Akshaye Khanna play antagonists in the movie. The teaser also reveals a connection to Sunny Deol, which has left fans gushing.

Ranveer is heard saying, 'Main Ghayal Hoon Isiliye Ghatak Hoon'. This line evokes nostalgia for Sunny's iconic dhai kilo ka haath persona.
