Rise And Fall Show: Choreographer and YouTuber Dhanashree Verma, who was earlier married to Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, has been in the spotlight ever since their divorce. While her personal life made news, Dhanashree has now shifted her attention towards her professional career. According to reports, she is set to appear on a new reality TV show. As per social media buzz, Dhanashree Verma will be one of the 16 contestants on Rise and Fall, a reality series hosted by entrepreneur Ashneer Grover, widely known for his stint on Shark Tank India. 

Meanwhile, the update came from an Instagram page called Entertainment AF, which shared, “While Ashneer Grover is set to host MX Player’s brand-new show Rise and Fall, we’ve got the exclusive tea – Dhanashree Verma, ex-wife of cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, is one of the 16 contestants!” However, Dhanashree herself has not yet confirmed her participation. In the teaser video, host Ashneer Grover explained that the house will be split into two sections, the powerful, who ‘make the whole world dance’, will live at the top, while the less privileged contestants will struggle at the bottom.

All About Rise And Fall Show

The show is being produced by Banijay Asia and distributed by All3Media International. It will stream on MX Player (Amazon’s platform), although an official premiere date has not been announced. Rise and Fall is the Indian adaptation of the British series of the same name. The format will see 16 participants locked inside a house for 42 days, divided into two groups, the Rulers and the Workers. The Rulers will enjoy luxury and power, while the Workers must depend on intelligence, teamwork and determination to survive and compete.

Dhanashree’s Journey And Personal Life

Born on 27 September 1996, Dhanashree Verma is a trained choreographer, dancer, content creator, and also a qualified dentist. She first gained fame through her dance videos on YouTube, later becoming a finalist on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 in 2023. She married Yuzvendra Chahal in December 2020 in Gurgaon. However, their marriage ended in March 2025, when the court granted them a divorce. Reports suggested that disagreements over living arrangements after marriage may have contributed to their separation. While Chahal is now rumoured to be dating RJ Mahvash, Dhanashree has been linked to choreographer Pratik Utekar, although he strongly denied the speculation.
