Elvish Yadav Controversy: Popular YouTuber and former Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav’s home in Gurugram came under attack on Sunday morning when unidentified gunmen allegedly opened fire. According to reports, the incident took place between 5:30 am and 6 am. Three men arrived on motorcycles and fired over two dozen bullets at the house before quickly fleeing the scene. The shocking attack has raised serious safety concerns, with officials launching a probe into the case. Fortunately, no one was reported injured in the firing.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time Elvish Yadav has faced such threats. In 2023, he received an extortion demand of Rs 1 crore while he was in London. The YouTuber shared that he got a WhatsApp message warning that he would be killed if he did not pay the amount. The case made headlines, but the police acted swiftly. Within six hours, the accused was caught in Gujarat. The man, later identified as an RTO agent, had accessed Elvish’s number through his car registration. Elvish later revealed details of this incident while speaking on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast.
Early Sunday morning in #Gurugram, unidentified individuals fired multiple rounds outside the residence of YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner #ElvishYadav. Police said the incident occurred between 5-6 am.

Additionally, in 2024, Elvish was again threatened, this time during the Entertainers Cricket League in Delhi. He was supposed to play against comedian Munawar Faruqui. Though the two were seen joking before the match, Elvish reportedly received death threats shortly after. Authorities took the situation seriously, evacuating the stadium and sealing the gates. The match was played without any audience to ensure his safety.
Alongside his popularity, Elvish Yadav has also faced several controversies. In November 2023, he was arrested under the Wildlife Protection Act for allegedly supplying snake venom at rave parties in Noida. Authorities seized nine snakes and 20ml of venom during the raid, and multiple people accused him of being the organiser. He spent eight days in custody before being granted bail.
Furthermore, in March 2024, he was again in the spotlight after getting into a physical fight with fellow YouTuber Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur. Elvish admitted that he slapped Maxtern, claiming the other YouTuber had threatened to burn him and his family alive. The incident triggered a heated debate across social media.
