Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 2: Saiyaara, the debut movie starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, is performing incredibly well at the box office and is only a few inches away from reaching the Rs 50 crore mark. Saiyaara now hopes to make a record-breaking opening weekend haul after seeing an incredible Rs 21 crore opening, the most ever for a movie starring newbies. This romance saga made a total of Rs 24 crore on Saturday (July 19th). The entire amount collected is Rs 45 crore after two days at the box office, as per sacnilk.
Saiyaara's overall Hindi occupancy rate was 51.24% on Saturday. The romantic movie is hoping for a historic debut weekend at the box office because of the great reviews and the amount of hype surrounding it.
Saiyaara has already outperformed Loveyapa, starring Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan. Their theatrical release brought in a total of Rs 6.8 crore over its existence. February saw its release. For her debut, Azaad, Rasha Thadani also earned a lifetime total of Rs 6.5 crore. With the help of Alia Bhatt's star power, Vedang Raina's Jigra did manage to put on a better show, earning Rs 30 crore after three weeks of release.

With 8,000 screens, Saiyaara is the largest opening day release ever for a debutant-led movie, the highest opening day for a love story, and the director Suri's career-best opening, according to the film's makers.
Mohit Suri's romance drama, which YRF produced, has received favorable reviews from both reviewers and viewers. Also starring is Aneet Padda, who has appeared in the Kajol-starring movie Salaam Venky and the online series Big Girls Don't Cry.
