Salman Khan and Sangeeta Bijlani have maintained a great friendship, despite sharing a romantic past. Sangeeta Bijlani, known for winning the Miss India title in 1980 and popular Bollywood movies like Tridev, Qatil, Jurm, Yodha and others, turned 65 years old on July 9, 2025. Her close friend, Salman Khan, was spotted at her birthday bash on Wednesday with Z+ security and personal bodyguard Shera. Bhaijaan looked a bit serious while making an entrance to the venue. TV actor Arjun Bijlani shared a few glimpses from the party, which also featured Salman Khan posing beside the birthday girl.
Salman Khan opted to carry a laid-back yet chic look and wore a black t-shirt with a pair of denim jeans. He also flaunted a new hair colour. Several pictures from the event have gone viral, as the television star Arjun Bijlani posted a series of photographs with the caption, “Happiest birthday @sangeetabijlani9 .. Such a sweet soul . Salman Khan and Sangeeta Bijlani met on the sets of a TV advertisement during their initial years in Bollywood. Both fell in love and dated for almost a decade; it was one of Salman's longest relationships. The duo even decided to get married and make their bond official and permanent.
But just when the invitation cards were getting printed, the duo decided to part ways and called off the wedding. Later, Sangeeta married cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin in 1996.
