Salman Khan, one of the richest Bollywood stars, owns several real estate properties in India as well as abroad. Bhaijaan owns luxurious apartments in Mumbai and also has a space in Dubai. His Panvel farmhouse, also known as Arpita Farms, is a popular spot for Bollywood get-togethers and has a spacious gym place, swimming pool and stables for his horses. Currently, Salman Khan lives in a 1BHK flat in Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai. His family lives on the first floor of the same building. Recently, the actor sold his Bandra West Apartment, which was on lease for the past three years.

Salman Khan’s apartment is located in Shiv Asthan Heights in one of Mumbai’s most prime residential areas, Bandra West. According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, Salman Khan sold the flat for Rs 5.35 crore. The report stated that the final transaction included a stamp duty payment of Rs 32.01 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000. The apartment has a built-up area of over 1,318 sq ft with three parking spaces.

Salman Khan rented out the same flat on a 36-month lease, as per a report in Storyboard18. The rent began at Rs 1.5 lakh per month in 2023 and increased to Rs 1.57 lakh in the second year and Rs 1.65 lakh in the third. As reported in Hindustan Times, the 1,318 sq ft apartment on the 14th floor of the tower was rented out to Rajesh Harishchandra Gandhi, and the agreement was registered on February 16, 2023.

The locality is a mix of all - from upscale apartments to commercial developments, it consists of everything. Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station, and the upcoming Metro lines are well connected to the area.

Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments is a famous spot for fans to visit and get a glimpse of the star, especially during Eid and his birthday, as he comes out on his balcony to wave at his fans. Last year, his residence was attacked as two men opened fire outside his place. Eight months after the shooting, the actor got parts of his house renovated to enhance security. Now, he has also installed bulletproof glass in his balcony for safety reasons.
