Actor-director Riteish Deshmukh recently shared insights into how the collaboration came together. Speaking about the unexpected casting, he revealed that Salman Khan himself expressed interest in being part of the film during a casual New Year interaction. He shared, “He asked me when I was starting the shoot. When I told him, he said, ‘Which role am I playing?’”

When Riteish Deshmukh clarified that no role had been planned for him, Salman Khan reportedly insisted on being included, highlighting their long-standing bond. He said, “You can’t make the film without me. I have to be in it.”
