Sardaar Ji 3 Box Office Collection: Sardaar Ji 3, the highly anticipated film starring Diljit Dosanjh and Hania Aamir, debuted on June 27 worldwide, with the exception of India, despite continuous controversy over its casting. The horror-comedy has received an incredible reception in Pakistan, where it is already breaking records, despite the unrest. On its first day in Pakistan, the Punjabi movie shattered all prior records and is currently the highest-grossing Punjabi film.

Sardaar Ji 3 has also broken the record set by Sultan, which came out in 2016 and starred Salman Khan, who has a huge fan base in Pakistan. The movie resonated, especially in the Punjab region, where Punjabi-language movies and shows have a devoted following, despite rising inflation and a shrinking theatre business, according to a Gulf News report.

Sardaar Ji 3 was the third-best opening day for a Punjabi film worldwide, behind Carry On Jatta and Jatt & Juliet 3, despite topping the charts in Pakistan. The third part in the popular franchise is anticipated to report even higher weekend figures because it launched on a Friday, which is usually a good day for theatre traffic, according to experts.

About Sardaar Ji 3

The first movie, which was released in 2015, was a big smash and set multiple records at the box office. Sardaar Ji 2, its 2016 follow-up, which reportedly earned over Rs 24 crores, kept the pace going. These movies laid a strong basis that Sardaar Ji 3 is currently expanding upon.

In a statement to NDTV, Gunbir Singh Sidhu said that the crew made 40% of the money from India and the remaining portion from abroad for his last movie, Jatt and Juliet 3. The movie was also the first Punjabi production to earn Rs. 100 crore at the global box office. According to the producer, the movie has already lost 40% of its earnings after accounting for these projections. According to the producer, he will not collaborate with Pakistani artists in the future and does not support them. Nonetheless, he underlined that the situation between the two countries was 'normal' during the film's production.
