The movie Dhurandhar is all anyone can talk about these days. In just less than two weeks, the spy thriller is able to bag a net collection of Rs 400 crore. Actors like Akshaye Khanna, Ranveer Singh, Saumya Tandon, Sanjay Dutt and others have left a lasting impression on the audience. While everybody is lauding Akshaye Khanna for his iconic role in the movie, Saumya Tandon came forward to back Ranveer Singh and called him a 'secure actor'. She also talked about her role in the movie and how the film has left an impact on the audience.

Saumya Tandon joined Radio City after Dhurandhar’s massive success, where she praised Ranveer Singh and said, "Everybody’s talking about Akshaye, but I have to tell you, I love Ranveer in that movie."

Saumya further explained, "Because the silent parts? Being a superstar, being a hero. He’s standing behind and giving the stage to Akshaye to do all those nuances. He’s very subtly standing behind as an actor and staying silent. I think it’s the sign of a very mature artist."

Saumya's statement went viral in no time and sparked a conversation among netizens, dividing the internet into two. While some agreed with the actress's statement, others strongly disagreed. One of the users commented, "Akshaye is the best …. Ranveer Madhavan are gud but Akshay stole the show." Another user said, "Very true without Ranveer this wouldn’t have been possible."

 An Instagrammer commented, "I think Akshay has taken the film to the next level.. let him take all the credit he has Been there on screen for decades."

Dhurandhar Box Office Report

Dhurandhar's box office collection is reaching new heights with each passing day. The movie was able to bag a global revenue of Rs 634 crore. On the second weekend alone, the movie earned Rs 53 crore on Saturday, which is the highest-ever second Saturday collection in the history of Hindi cinema and Rs 59 crore on Sunday. On the second Monday of its theatrical run, Dhurandhar made Rs 25.27 crore and Rs 30 crore on Tuesday.
