'SRK And His Family Are Very Indian': Raghav Juyal Lauds Aryan Khan's Command Over Hindi, Says 'Unlike Most In Bandra'

Raghav Juyal, who has collaborated with several different directors throughout the course of his ten-year career, he is especially impressed by his most recent encounter with Aryan Khan. Raghav Juyal is receiving recognition for his portrayal of Parvez in The Ba***ds of Bollywood, the directorial debut of Shah Rukh Khan's son. Many have been impressed by his portrayal in the Netflix series as an ardent follower of Emraan Hashmi.

Raghav Juyal assumed that Aryan will speak English like the majority of Bandra kids in a recent interview. Khan's natural and fluent Hindi, however, surprised the actor. Additionally, he stated that Shah Rukh Khan's family has deep cultural ties to India.

Raghav Juyal said, while speaking to SCREEN, "Mujhe ek cheez bohot achhi lagti hai Aryan (Khan) ki. I had a misconception that Aryan bhi baakiyon ki tarah Bandra mein jo English bolte hain, who bhi waise hi English bolta hoga. Kyunki yaha par zyadatar log English mein hi sochte hain aur baat karte hain. But uske ghar mein uska jo culture hai, usko sikhaya gaya hai, wo Delhi wala hai. Wo bilkul hi normal Hindi bolta hai sabke saath, jab tak English bolne ki zarurat na ho."

Raghav Juyal then reminisced about his visit to Aryan Khan's house and how their place had a slightly Punjabi feel to it. "Jab bhi Gauri ma’am bolti hai 'Aryan jaldi aao khaana khaa lo.' Thoda Punjabi mahaul hai waha. Toh wo us hi way mein bolte hain ghar mein." Juyal highlighted, "For him, the language comes very naturally and with command. That’s one of the reasons he’s become such a good director in Hindi cinema."

Shah Rukh Khan and his family are very 'Indian' and 'rooted,' Raghav mention. "That’s exactly why Aryan understands the soul of India, he knows he’s making a show for India," he said.
