The 'Badshah' of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, recently attended an event in Dubai with his dear friend Farah Khan, as a building in Dubai has been named after him. During the event, he answered many questions related to his career, his kids' careers, future plans and more. While recalling the life-changing moments and how he decided to face them, SRK also opened up about his father’s death.
As someone who never shies away from talking about his hardships and his life before the glitz and glamour, Shah Rukh Khan talked about a life-changing moment that happened way before he entered Bollywood. He said, "My life-changing moment, Farah, because we are talking about that, was the passing away of my parents at a very young age. I thought they had become stars in the sky. Mujhe laga woh tara ban chuke hain and they will not be able to see me.”
The actor further said, "So, I worked harder to become a bigger person. God has been very kind. I just put a bronze statue of myself from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge in London. I won a National Award, and now I have a building in Dubai which is my name. The idea was to become so big on Earth that my parents can see me from heaven. For me, that is the life-changing moment."

Farah then said, referring to the tower, "This is as close to the sky as one can get." He softly said, "I hope they can see me from there.”

Shah Rukh Khan's Early Life
Shah Rukh Khan spent the early years of his life in New Delhi, spending most of his time studying and playing football and hockey, but a shoulder injury shifted his focus from sports to acting. He received his drama training at Barry John's Theatre Action Group and the National School of Drama.

Movies like Chalte Chalte, Yes Boss, Asoka, Dil To Pagal Hai, Pardes and more helped him make his name in the Hindi film industry. Today, Shah Rukh Khan is the 'King' of Bollywood and has worked in over 90 films.
