Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has once again landed himself under public scrutiny after a complaint was made against him for allegedly making an offensive gesture at a pub event in Bengaluru. The newbie director's allegedly impolite gesture in the viral video has sparked outrage on social media. Aryan Khan was spotted with Congress leader Mohammad Nalpad, son of veteran Congress MLA N.A. Haris, and Kannada actor Zaid Khan, son of Minister for Housing and Waqf Zameer Ahmad Khan. The complainant claimed that he allegedly showed middle finger at a Bengaluru pub in front of multiple women.

Shah Rukh Khan's son entered and waved to the fans for a while in the viral video. Aryan Khan greeted his fans and media from the balcony. He showed the middle fingers to the crowd in jest before swiftly waving and grinning at them. A few seconds later, he slipped back in. The Ba***ds of Bollywood director was in the city for a brand-promotional event.

A police report requesting the filing of a formal case against Aryan Khan has been submitted by a Bengaluru based lawyer. According to The Hindu, he was accused of making an obscene gesture on November 28 at a public event at a restaurant in Bengaluru by flashing his middle fingers at the audience. The complaint was submitted by advocate Owaiz Hussain to the Karnataka State Women's Commission, the Inspector of the Cubbon Park Police Station, the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner, the DCP (Central Division), and the DG&IGP.

Additionally, the complainant claimed that a large number of women were present at the event when the gesture was performed and that it 'insulted their modesty,' drawing attention to pertinent Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 rules.

Aryan Khan's supporters, meanwhile, thought the outrage was an overreaction to something insignificant. He was being goofy, many remarked. Getting the police involved, according to many, is completely ridiculous.
