Sonam Bajwa revealed that she doesn't mind auditioning for a role. The actor admitted that she self-reflects and considers whether she could have performed better each time she didn't land a part.

I don't think that. I think every time I've not made it to a project, every time I was not, you know, part of the film, even after auditioning or meeting, it's because maybe I could have done better in audition. Maybe I could have looked better in terms of the part. Yeah, I genuinely believe that. I'm not just saying that. I personally never felt bad in auditioning. I still do. And I'll be very okay even in the future if I have to audition for a part, I'm open for it.

Sonam Bajwa sided with those from strong connections to the film industry, saying that 'they also have it harder because they have comparisons to big legends.'

If you keep working hard, sooner or later, you will make it. And you don't really have to feel, you don't have to do a pity party. Because even I've seen with people who come from a place of privilege or even if they have people who are there to guide them, give them probably their first opportunity, they also have to work really hard. And they also, they have different kind of pressures. They already have big comparisons and their comparison is already with very famous people, the industry legends. So, they have different set of struggles or whatever.

Sonam Bajwa praised Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan for their work ethics, saying that their discipline and focus have shaped who they are today.

But with us, I feel that there should never be an excuse not to work hard, even after being successful. I mean, look at Shah Rukh sir, how hard does he work? Look at the work ethic of Mr. Bachchan. I get to hear that they come to the set first. I mean, very easily he could today, at this point, he can say that unko kya zarurat hai? Unko sabse last mein aana chaiye. But I think they are there because they still have followed certain work ethic and they're so focused and disciplined that that's made them who they are today.
