Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana has landed in legal trouble over her alleged purchase of an agricultural land in Alibaug. Reports are suggesting that the actress bought two plots, which are worth around Rs 22 crore in 2023 and 2024. The plots have been registered under the name of Deja Vu Farm Private Limited. The company is said to be owned by Gauri Khan’s mother and sister in law. One of the plots in Alibaug’s Thal village, Suhana allegedly bought it from three sisters Anjali, Rekha and Priya, who had inherited it from their parents, worth Rs 12.91 crore.

Reportedly, the government had originally allocated a plot for farming. During the purchase, Suhana paid the stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakhs. The registered documents made at the time of purchase, Suhana Khan was shown as a farmer. The authorities are currently investigating the matter. Resident Deputy Collector Sandesh Shirke asked for an unbiased report from the Alibaug Tehsildar.

Earlier in 2018, the income tax department provisionally attached a bungalow in Alibaug for over suspicion that it has been used the farmhouse as personal purposes. The plot was owned by Deja Vu Farms Pvt Ltd. The notice was sent to them as part of investigation by I-T department into the benami transaction.

Suhana Khan made her acting debut with the Netflix movie The Archies. Zoya Akhtar’s directorial also features Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Saigal, Vedang Raina, Yuvraj Menda and Diya Gupta in key roles. The Archies released in November 2024.

Suhana will be next seen in the King movie. The film also featured Shah Rukh Khan in the lead roles. The action thriller movie has been directed by Sujoy Ghosh. As per early reports, the movie revolves around a mentor and disciple, who embark on a perilous journey, pushing their survival skills to the limit. They went against overwhelming odds and unforgiving environments. The movie is reportedly slated to be released in theatres in 2027. More information about the film has not been announced yet. However, it will be the first time Shah Rukh and Suhan will be seen together in a frame. It also marks Suhana’s theatrical debut.
