Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari Teaser Update: Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor are all set to enthrall with their fresh chemistry in the upcoming romantic comedy, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. By dropping posters and behind-the-scenes glimpses, the makers are building anticipation. The teaser was initially set to release today, August 29, but the makers have decided to postpone it and have released a new date. With the announcement, they also dropped a motion poster of the Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari cast.

The makers of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari took to their official Instagram handle to announce that the film's much-awaited teaser is arriving on August 29 instead of today. Sharing the announcement, Dharma Productions wrote, “Dil jodne nahi…dil todne aa rahe hai. TEASER OUT TOMORROW AT 12:25 PM”

The motion poster features Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, along with the first glimpse of Rohit Saraf and Sanya Malhotra in a quirky, gridded photo frames styled motion poster.

About Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari: The rom-com movie is helmed by Shashank Khaitan, this marks third collaboration with Varun following Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Alongside Varun and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles, the film also features Rohit Saraf, Sanya Malhotra, Akshay Oberoi, and Maniesh Paul in pivotal roles. It is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, and Khaitan under the banners of Dharma Productions and Mentor Disciple Entertainment.

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari Vs Kantara: Chapter 1

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari will face a major clash at the box office with Rishab Shetty starrer Kantara: Chapter 1, releasing on October 2, coinciding with Dussehra.
Besides these two films, Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa starrer Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is also releasing on the same date.

Producer Karan Johar and the Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari team strategically chose the October 2 release date due to the festive window. As per a source quoted by Bollywood Hungama, “Producer Karan Johar and the whole team realised that this is the apt time to bring this romcom. This year, besides Gandhi Jayanti, Dussehra also falls on the same day. Hence, it’ll be a festive period and hopefully, it will face no other competition until Diwali. In other words, it will have a clean run for three weeks."
