Tere Ishk Mein Box Office Collection Day 13: Dhanush and Kriti Sanon’s latest film Tere Ishk Mein released in cinemas on November 28 and opened to strong buzz from audiences. The intense romantic drama, which is the spiritual successor to Raanjhanaa, marks Dhanush’s third collaboration with director Aanand L. Rai. Fans of both the lead actors turned up in large numbers during the first week, creating solid momentum for the film. However, after a promising start, the movie is now experiencing a noticeable slowdown at the box office.
The film’s dip comes at a time when Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna’s action-packed spy thriller Dhurandhar has taken over the box office ever since its release on December 5. According to early trends reported by Sacnilk, Tere Ishk Mein registered an impressive opening of Rs 16 crore on Day 1, making it the biggest-ever opening for Dhanush in India. The film showed steady growth in its first week. On Day 13, on the second Wednesday, the film collected around Rs 2 crore. With this, the total box office collection has reached Rs 107.15 crore. The strong performance of Dhurandhar is directly affecting the theatrical run of Tere Ishk Mein, especially in urban centres where both films target similar audiences. On its first Wednesday alone, Aditya Dhar’s film collected Rs 26.50 crore.

With its current collection of Rs 107.15 crore, the film has already recovered its production cost. Further reports indicate that after its theatrical run, Tere Ishk Mein is expected to stream on Netflix, although an official announcement is still awaited.
