Tere Ishk Mein: Dhanush’s upcoming movie Tere Ishk Mein is a spiritual sequel to Anand L Rai's 2013 hit movie Raanjhanaa. The film began shooting earlier this year in Delhi. With the second instalment in the franchise starring Kriti Sanon as Mukti, the movie is set to hit theatres on November 25, 2025. Dhanush recently announced on social media that filming has concluded.

The Tere Ishk Mein actor took to his Instagram and shared a picture from the movie with the caption, “And it’s a wrap #tereishkmein”. The picture features Kriti Sanon and Dhanush holding hands, which are covered with blood. The picture depicts the intense drama that the movie will hold, along with classic Bollywood romance. Meanwhile, during the special screening of Raanjhanaa on June 18 this year, the Mimi actress expressed gratitude and shared with the audience, “I am so, so glad to be a part of Tere Ishk Mein. I am assuming all of you know.” Kirti further added, “It is coming this year. I am a huge fan of Raanjhanaa and all the artists involved in this film. Aanand sir ke toh main peeche hi padi thi ki ‘Aap kab love story bana rahe ho?’ I am really, really happy that I have ticked the box of being directed by Aanand L Rai in a love story.”

Tere Ishk Mein Cast And Crew

Penned by Himanshu Sharma and Neeraj Yadav, Tere Ishk Mein is a romantic movie. AR Rahman is composing the music, with Irshad Kamil as the lyricist, promising a musical treat. The movie is being bankrolled by Aanand L Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar. Reports also suggest that Prakash Raj might join the star-studded cast.

Speaking about the movie’s first part, Raanjhanaa featured Sonam Kapoor along with Dhanush and set the bar high in terms of compelling narrative and performances. Now, Tere Ishk Mein is expected to follow suit, promising a unique and fresh storyline that delves into emotional depth with even greater intensity. It is anticipated to be one of the year's most awaited releases.
