Bhavana Menon starrer will be available for streaming on OTT platform Simply South App from May 16, but will not be accessible for Indian viewers. About The Door Movie: Plot And Cast
Directed by Jaiiddev and produced by Naveen Rajan, the story of The Door revolves around an architect named Mithra, who gets into the construction business following the death of her father. On her arrival at the construction site, she discovers a series of strange events and the mysterious death of workers. Then, she starts to experience paranormal activities around her, including visions and voices. Mithra becomes a medium for the spirits of a mother and daughter, the victims of a land grab in the 1990s. Digging deep into the matter, she notices old documents of her father about the site. While investigating the mystery deaths, she finds the corrupt former police officers and compromised medical professionals linked to the incident. The movie unfolds the suspense, mystery and dark truth about the construction site and workers.
The horror thriller was brought on big screens by Bhavana Menon, Ganesh Venkatraman, and Jaya Prakash alongside Shivaranjani, Nandha Kumar, Sindhoory, Ramesh Arumugam, Girish, Pandy Ravi, Sangeetha, Roshni, Sithik, and Vinoliya in key roles.
