About Narivetta Story
Set in the backdrop of a tribal village, the local people fight to save their ancestral land against powerful and influential forces. The film unfolds the local community's resilience in the face of injustice and is entangled in the web of politics and power that challenge them. Directed by Ishq director Anuraj Manohar tries to bring the real problems and incidents of land rights, people's struggles, and state power in the movie. In the movie, Tovino Thomas plays a young, passionate police officer who learns how power structures, which are meant to protect citizens, transform into systems of control that affect marginalised communities.
