Thug Life Cast Fees: Kamal Haasan and Trisha Krishnan starrer Tamil action gangster drama movie hit the silver screens on June 5. Thug Life is one of the anticipated movies of the year, which has been reportedly made on a budget of around Rs 250-300 crores. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the Tamil movie has brought a big star cast under one roof. Audience can enjoy the film by seeing their favourite stars onscreen. How Much Thug Life Star Cast Are Charging For Their Roles?

According to reports, Trisha Krishnan earned Rs 12 crore for her role as Indhrani. The actress has reportedly been paid three times more than in her last film, Good Bad Ugly, in which she was paid Rs 4 crore. Apart from Trisha, Silambarasan, who played the role of Amaran, got paid Rs 40 crore. Joju George earned Rs 1 crore. Abhirami, who played the role of Ranganayaki, received Rs 50 lakhs for the film. Actor Kamal Haasan and Director Mani Ratnam have jointly produced Thug Life will share the profits of it. As per reports, they did not receive a separate paycheque for the film.

The trailer of the movie was recently unveiled, after which the hype about the movie has increased too. About Thug Life

The plot revolves around a Gang leader named Sakthivel, who adopts Amaran after saving him during a gang war. After several years, Sakthivel came across a huge crisis in life as he survived an assassination attempt. He then started suspecting Amaran’s involvement, which led to a conflict of loyalty and revenge. The film has been backed by Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Siva Ananth and R Mahendran. Thug Life is slated for release in theatres on June 5. The movie has a runtime of 163 minutes.
