War 2 Advance Booking: With the release of a crazy new action thriller featuring Hrithik Roshan and NTR as super-spies Kabir and Vikram, Yash Raj Films' War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, announced the beginning of this gigantic pan-India action spectacle's India advance booking. War 2 is the most anticipated movie of 2025. With War 2 and Rajinikanth's Coolie facing off on the same day, the release is packed with drama and high stakes.

War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR, has the support of the Hindi belt. According to Sacnilk, Coolie only holds a minor portion of the Hindi version's single screens countrywide, with YRF having about 90% of them. Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry have restricted Hindi release, demonstrating the distribution supremacy even in southern states.

War 2 (Hindi belt) has sold over 16k tickets for 3822 shows in 2D format, while the IMAX version has sold over 400 tickets for 69 shows, as per sacnilk. The advance booking reports in Tamil and Telugu also show promising numbers with a gross amount of Rs 1.8 lakh and 1.4 lakh respectively. With the block seats, War 2 has amassed Rs 2.85 crore ahead of its much anticipated release.

Meanwhile, War 2 makers have dropped a new action promo to officially commence advance booking. "Are you ready to witness the CARNAGE in cinemas from August 14th? BOOK TICKETS NOW for #War2 and let us give you an experience to cherish for the rest of your lives. Releasing in Hindi, Telugu & Tamil in theatres worldwide! Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's Coolie, which was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, will compete with War 2 at the box office. The Tamil movie features Aamir Khan, Shruti Haasan, Nagarjuna, and Upendra. Coolie has already commenced advance booking with phenomenal box office reception, reportedly.
