War 2 Vs Coolie Box Office Prediction: Get ready for a blockbuster showdown! Rajinikanth's Coolie and Hrithik Roshan-Jr NTR's War 2 are set to clash at the box office on August 14, 2025, ahead of Independence Day. Both films have generated massive buzz, with Coolie already breaking records in pre-sales.
Coolie Advance Booking
According to reports, Coolie has raked in over Rs 65 crore in worldwide pre-sales, with predictions of reaching Rs 100 crore on its opening day. Coolie is expected to open with a whopping Rs 150-200 crore, thanks to Rajinikanth's massive fan following and the film's strong regional focus.
War 2 Advance Booking
According to reports, War 2 has amassed Rs 12.94 crore in advance bookings, with a strong surge in sales after the Telugu version's bookings opened. War 2 is predicted to gross over Rs 30 crore in its Hindi version on day one, riding on the success of the YRF Spy Universe and the pan-India appeal of its stars.
Coolie Vs War 2: Who is leading?
According to current trends, Coolie is leading the pack, with its advance bookings and overseas performance indicating a potential blockbuster opening. However, War 2 has a strong backing from urban audiences and premium formats, which could help it sustain momentum beyond the opening weekend.
Before his Bollywood debut in Kaho Naa...Pyaar Hai, Hrithik Roshan appeared as a child artist in several films, including Bhagwaan Dada (1986) alongside Rajinikanth and Sridevi. This early collaboration is particularly interesting given their upcoming box office clash in War 2 and Coolie.
