Is Jawan 2 In Works?
Shah Rukh Khan, is currently gearing up for the release of his next major action film, King. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the movie is generating significant buzz as it features the superstar's first on-screen partnership with his daughter, Suhana Khan. However, while fans eagerly await this family collaboration, new reports suggest that an even bigger project may be on the horizon.
According to latest industry updates, Shah Rukh Khan is preparing to return to the world of Jawan. The 2023 blockbuster, which shattered numerous box office records, is reportedly set for a sequel. According to reports in India Today, "A script and idea for Jawan 2 had been in the works for a while. A few weeks ago, the script was finalised. SRK will begin work on the film after completing King." The production team is now reportedly shifting its focus towards casting. "The team is looking to lock an A-lister from the South as the villain," the report added.
If the project proceeds as planned, it will mark the second collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and the acclaimed director Atlee.
Is Shah Rukh Khan Making A Cameo in Allu Arjun-Deepika Padukone Starrer Raaka?
In addition to the Jawan sequel, rumours are swirling that the actor will make a special appearance in Atlee’s upcoming film, Raaka, which stars Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone. "Shah Rukh Khan, who has been working with Atlee on his upcoming film, will reportedly appear in Allu Arjun’s Raaka. He has confirmed to play a brief role given his association with Atlee, Allu Arjun and Deepika," reports further stated.

According to reports in Sacnilk, Jawan concluded its international run with a staggering $49 million (£39.5 million), making it the second-highest-grossing Bollywood film overseas, narrowly trailing behind Shah Rukh Khan Khan’s other 2023 hit, Pathaan. Globally, however, Jawan leads the pack with a worldwide total of Rs 1,159 crore, compared to Pathaan’s Rs 1,047 crore.
