Zeenat Aman joined Instagram not too long ago and has been posting stunning photographs of herself, nostalgic memories, and snippets from her daily life. Recently, she turned 74 and made it a point to share the special memories with her fans and followers online. Aman likes to keep her private life away from the spotlight, but going by the photos, the veteran actress’ birthday bash was truly an affair to remember.
A video posted by Archana Puran Singh of the birthday girl Zeenat Aman is going viral on the internet. In the video, the actress can be seen cutting her birthday cake while others sing Happy Birthday to her. In the caption, Singh wrote, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZEENAT. Dancing last night on Dum Maro Dum with youuuuuu was the highlight of the evening for me. Wish I could've captured it on camera". As the video continues, she is seen chatting and enjoying the festivities with her close acquaintances.

On the other hand, Zeenat Aman also took to Instagram to appreciate and thank her fans for their heartfelt birthday wishes. In the post, she also mentioned her dear friend who threw this party and said, “I always keep the celebrations small, but last night I had to attend a party hosted by my dear friend Pammi. My goodness! Those larger than life Punjabis had me cutting cakes and dancing like I haven’t in years!”

‘Dum Maaro Dum’ is one of the most iconic songs performed by Zeenat Aman. It became a cult favourite really quickly. Decades later, it is still a party song to which people can’t help but groove automatically. Keeping the hype of the song in mind, ‘Dum Maaro Dum’ was recreated, but this time as ‘Mit Jaye Gham’, starring Deepika Padukone.

Zeenat Aman's acting career began after winning Miss Femina India and Miss Asia Pacific International in 1970.
