Director Venky Kudumula and actor Nithiin are set to recreate their successful partnership with the upcoming film 'Robinhood', announced on Republic Day 2024. The film's title was revealed along with a teaser, offering a sneak peek into the intriguing storyline.
In the teaser, Nithiin, who plays the role of a thief, declares that he considers all Indians as his family members, justifying his right to steal from them. He humorously narrates, “Desham antha kutumbam naadi, asthulunnollantha naa annadammulu, abharanaleskunnolantha naa akka chellellu. Avasaram koddi valla jebullo chetulu pedithe, family member ani kuda chudakunda naa meeda case lu pedtunaru" (Citizens of this country are my family. The rich are my brothers and sisters. But when I dip into their money in need, they file cases on me).
The teaser also features Nithiin dressed as Santa Claus, engaging in a unique form of thievery, looting people and collecting money and gold. His bike bears the inscription, "I'm an Indian" on the front and "I'm aware that I'm rare" on the back. Additionally, glimpses of a hideout where he stashes his stolen goods add to the mystery surrounding the film.

National Award-winner GV Prakash Kumar is behind the music, Sai Sriram serves as the cinematographer, Prawin Pudi as the editor, and Raam Kumar as the art director. Key roles in the film are played by Rajendra Prasad and Vennela Kishore.
Initially set to feature Rashmika Mandanna, the film saw a change in the lead cast, with the rest of the lineup yet to be officially announced. As 'Robinhood' promises a unique take on thievery, blending humour and action, fans eagerly await its release to witness Nithiin's unconventional portrayal of a lovable rogue.
