Anees Bazmee, the acclaimed director of the hit comedy No Entry, is preparing for his next big project, No Entry 2. Following the successful completion of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Bazmee has begun searching for the female lead for this much-anticipated sequel. The original film, released in 2005, starred an ensemble cast including Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, and Esha Deol, with notable performances from Lara Dutta, Celina Jaitly, and Bipasha Basu. As Bazmee sets the stage for No Entry 2, he promises to deliver another round of humor and entertainment to delight fans.

The upcoming film, featuring Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Arjun Kapoor in double roles, is set to begin production by December 2024. According to Pinkvilla, Anees Bazmee and producer Boney Kapoor are planning to start casting for No Entry 2 in mid-August. The film promises double the entertainment with its lead actors each playing dual roles, and it will also include a significant ensemble of seven female stars. "While Varun, Arjun and Diljit feature in a double role in No Entry 2, ensuring two times the fun, the film also has a strong ensemble cast with 7 female actors. The makers are looking to get a top star-cast on board the film to be the female lead alongside the trio in a double role."

The report also revealed that Anees Bazmee is highly enthusiastic about No Entry 2 and eagerly anticipates starting the shoot. He considers this film to be one of the funniest scripts he has crafted in recent years. According to Bazmee, No Entry 2 stands out as one of his finest works, packed with situational comedy and humorous gags. He is excited to embark on this comedic journey when production begins in December 2024.

The film revolves around the humourous complications arising from the lives of three friends—Prem (Salman Khan), a wealthy and flirtatious businessman; his best friend and fellow playboy, Bob (Anil Kapoor); and his wife, who is unaware of their escapades. The plot thickens with the introduction of additional characters and their entanglements, leading to a series of comedic situations and misunderstandings. The film was a commercial success, known for its entertaining storyline, catchy music, and comic performances.
