Office OTT Release: The Tamil television series Office, which explored a fresh narrative about workplace drama with a touch of humour and relatable content, is all set to make a comeback. Directed by Ram Vinayak and produced by K. J. Ganesh, the series aired from 2013 to 2015 on Star Vijay TV, marking a significant shift in Tamil TV programming. The series, which became a fan favourite, starred Karthik Raj, Shruthi Raj, Vishnu, Madhumila and others. Now, it is set for a revival with a new cast and the makers are preparing to stream it on OTT soon.
Office OTT Release Date
The Office series premiered on Star Vijay TV from March 2013 to October 2014, followed by a second season from October 2014 to June 2015. As announced by the makers, the series will now be available to watch on the OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar Tamil starting February 21. The streaming platform made the announcement along with a promo titled Voter ID.
The promo shows a woman entering the office to register for a voter ID. During the process, an employee asks her for her husband’s name, which makes the woman shy and reluctant to call him by his name. This leads to hilarious buzz among the office employees, who begin to guess his name. By the end of the promo, she becomes a little angry. The clip sets the tone and builds excitement for the show.
