One Direction Singer Liam Payne Had Multiple Drugs In Body During Fatal Fall: Report

Liam Payne, the former One Direction member, sadly died after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires. It has been reported that he extended his visit to Argentina to spend time with bandmate Niall Horan. According to Pablo Policicchio, the communications director for the Buenos Aires Security Ministry, the 31-year-old singer jumped from the balcony of his third-floor room at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel. His untimely passing has deeply affected fans and the music industry, prompting ongoing investigations into the circumstances surrounding his death.

A preliminary autopsy report indicates that Payne had a dangerous cocktail of drugs in his system when he died. The findings revealed the presence of cocaine, crack cocaine and benzodiazepines—commonly prescribed sedatives like Valium and Xanax. Moreover, toxicology tests uncovered traces of 'pink cocaine,' a recreational drug known as Tusi, which is typically a mixture of methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA. The US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has recently issued warnings about the increasing circulation of this potent drug blend in several areas, including Manhattan, New York.

While staying at a hotel in Buenos Aires, Liam Payne exhibited concerning behaviour that alarmed staff. They reported to local authorities that a guest was acting erratically and seemed to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The hotel employees expressed fears that the individual, later identified as Payne, might harm himself due to his third-floor balcony room. Emergency responders arrived within ten minutes but tragically discovered Payne’s body in the hotel courtyard, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.

Authorities reportedly found narcotics, alcohol, and damaged furniture in Liam Payne's hotel room, raising alarms about his mental state. The prosecutor's office indicated that the nature of his injuries suggested he likely did not brace for the fall, implying he may have been unconscious or disoriented at the time. A preliminary postmortem report indicated that his death resulted from multiple traumas and both internal and external bleeding.

Before the tragic incident occurred around 5 p.m., Liam Payne was observed arguing with a woman, thought to be one of the escorts, in the hotel lobby around 2 p.m. A witness, Michael Fleishmann, shared with the Buenos Aires Herald that Payne repeatedly boasted about his wealth, claiming to have $55 million and even offered her $20,000 simply because he could.
