This came post Operation Sindoor, initiated by the Indian Air Force, which eliminated 70 terrorists. According to government sources, India conducted 24 missile strikes across nine locations in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir. This operation, code-named Operation Sindoor, was reportedly carried out in retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack which claimed the lives of 26 civilians in Baisaran valley of J&K.
“It was a statement of strategic resolve. Through 24 precisely coordinated missile strikes across nine terrorist-linked locations, India demonstrated that it would no longer tolerate cross-border terrorism, nor the complicity of state institutions that enable it,” said a source.
