Diljit Dosanjh's controversial movie Satluj has been taken down from the OTT giant Zee5. The movie has been garnering attention for several reasons, one for a specific sequence featuring Arjun Rampal.
Arjun Rampal essays the role of a CBI officer in Satluj. In a scene, he addresses explains the scale of police brutality in Punjab, calling it the biggest genocide the country has witnessed since independence.
Rampal says in the movie, "This is not only about Kuljeet Singh, it's probably about the biggest genocide our country has seen post-Independence."
"This is a vicious circle of violence which the powerful use for their own agenda and it will never stop. It will go on and on until we step in and set an example," he further added.
I watched it and truly, It's such mature movie with tight script and direction. Great performance by the Diljit Dosanjh, Arjun Rampal, Kanwaljit Singh as KPS Gill and Suvinder Vicky was Brutal.

Why was Satluj removed from OTT?
Satlug was abruptly removed from the streaming platform ZEE5 just a couple of days after its release. The government cited national security concerns and mandated the takedown under the IT Rules of 2021 after the makers bypassed the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to release the movie uncut.
