Even before its theatrical release, Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa starrer Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat had reportedly secured its OTT streaming partner. According to Filmi Beat report, the film is likely to make its digital debut on Netflix, offering viewers who missed the theatrical release a chance to watch it from the comfort of their homes. However, the makers of Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat have yet to officially announce the OTT details.

Harshvardhan Rane shared a video on Instagram of himself crashing the live screening of his film in theatres. He was seen surrounded by large crowd. The text on the clip read, "There will be hundreds who dont believe in you,but you have to just look for 5 people who show trust in your instincts." The film centres around how love turns into obsession. Harshvardhan Rane plays the role of Vikram Aditya Bhosle, a politician, while Sonam Bajwa portrays a renowned actress in the film industry. Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, known for Marjaavaan and Satyameva Jayate and written by Zaveri and Mushtaq Shiekh, the story delves into the complicated bond between two passionate lovers, blended with themes like heartbreak, romantic drama, and emotional drama. Produced by Anshul Garg and co-produced by Raghav Sharma, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat was initially slated for release on October 2, but was pushed to October 21. It's currently screening on big screens.
