Good Day OTT Release: The Tamil thriller drama with a dark comical style stars debutant actor Prithiviraj Ramalingam along with an ensemble star cast including Myna Nandhini, Aadukalam Murugadoss, Kaali Venkat, Bagavathi Perumal, Vela Ramamoorthy and others. It's a tale about Shantakumar, who is a textile worker and how he helps solve a criminal case after his drunken adventures. This Tamil drama is penned by Porrna JS Michael and helmed by N Aravindhan, who has assisted filmmaker Premkumar in movies like 96 and Meiyazhagan.

Good Day Plot:

Shantakumar, played by Prithiviraj Ramalingam, is a textile worker who experiences a humiliating day at his place of work. Humiliation from the manager and salary issues push his limits of patience, and after a rough day at work, he gulps a couple of drinks as he roams around the streets of Tirupur. During his intoxicated outing, he meets a missing child, whose story is subtly interwoven into the narrative. Their meeting changes his self-pity into a sense of purpose in life. From there on, the story takes a surprising turn and entertains the audience with subtle comedy scenes highlighting a drunken man’s adventures.

Good Day OTT Release Date And Platform:

Viewers can enjoy the interesting story of Shantakumar in the comfort of their homes now. According to a report in Hindustan Times, Good Day will be available to stream on SunNXT via OTTplay Premium from August 15 onwards.
