Peddi is anticipated to release on Netflix in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada on July 2, 2026, according to a report by 123Telugu.
The Hindi version will be released on July 30, 2026, after the required eight-week theatre window for Hindi movies, according to the same report.
However, neither Netflix nor the makers have formally disclosed the streaming date and time.

Peddi Controversy
Peddi was criticised when it was released. Many viewers believed that Achiyamma, played by Janhvi, did not receive enough attention in the narrative. Additionally, others claimed that some sequences over sexualised her. This sparked a heated social media discussion.
The director later addressed the criticisms. He noted that certain scenes were eliminated because they created discomfort for viewers and that the team did pay attention to public comments. The director clarified that women were never intended to be disrespected.
Peddi Box Office Collection
Despite the criticism , Peddi was one of the year's major financial triumphs and did well at the box office. Some criticised the way Janhvi Kapoor's character Achiyamma was written, while others lauded Ram Charan's performance and on-screen persona.
Peddi's gross is currently Rs 283.95 crore in India, while its net collection reached Rs 240.14 crore. With a global total of Rs 336.85 crore, it is among the highest-grossing Telugu movies of the year.

Peddi chronicles the story of a talented village athlete who aspires to elevate his underappreciated city. He participates in local wrestling and cricket competitions to make a living. When a jealous rival ruins his prospects of winning the National Wrestling Championship, his aspirations are severely damaged.
Peddi continues to pursue his passion by reinventing himself as a para-track athlete rather than giving up. In addition to his athletic career, the movie delves into his romance with Janhvi Kapoor's character, Achiyamma, who plays the daughter of a local politician.
